Monitoring electricity usage

managed to get this done too, put a monitor in my fuse box (ADM1.5TE) , cost < £30 GBP, and a small serial board (WTDIN-M Digital input module) to count the pulses and read them via serial. I also got some adm1d meters, haven't put them in yet, but hope to break out socket rings and lights from the overall total. Hats off the the kinds folks at jw instruments who sold and shipped them to me.

This look fantastic, have you done anything since? I want to do the same; count by ring etc.

I haven't done any more, the board takes 16 inputs, so there is no reason you can't do more rings. My plan was to do more rings, but it doesn't look like I have room in my fuse to fit additional units, I may buy a small other board and mount it beside the existing board to make it happen....
